Nick consistently explained to us clearly, understandably, and patiently what we needed to pay attention to. Our experience was way beyond what we expected. The kids (7 & 9) were so happy, learned to ski independently in one week from scratch. The best thing was of course Tessa, the best ski instructor anyone could ever hope for their kids.
